PhD Dissertation: Decolonial, Intersectional Pedagogy in Health Professional Education

The aim of the project is to understand if and how curriculum designers, teachers, and administrators in health professions education take up critical advancements in theories of racialization (specifically critical race theory, intersectionality, Indigenous decolonial theory, and post-colonial theory) and health equity when preparing students for medical and nursipractice in the face of global health challenges.
